Selling to CFE and Laguna Verde in particular is a challenge for any foreign company. The process to register, bid, and sell to CFE requires particular legal and commercial expertise that LSI possesses. Facilitate those requirements through a buy-and-sell agreement with LSI. With LSI as your representative, minimize the risk and complexity of dealing with CFE directly.
